NEWS AND EVENTS
Here is a great
and an additional
to join together in deepening our faith
and listening to how God is calling us to love and serve our neighbors
in this time.
Want more ideas on how to worship with your children at home?
We have been gathering for Morning Prayer on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8am on Trinity’s Zoom Meeting. If you would like to join us, please email Pastor Mark (firstname.lastname@example.org) and he will send you an invitation. We would love to see you!
An evening prayer: Keep watch, dear Lord with those who work or watch or weep this night, and give your angels charge over those who sleep. Tend the sick, give rest to the weary, bless the dying, soothe the suffering, comfort the afflicted, shield the joyous; all for your love's sake. Amen.
STAFF & RESOURCES AVAILABLE
Our building is now closed,
and our staff will be working from home.
If there is a pastoral emergency, Pastor Mark is available through his cell phone (608.487.2030).
You can also reach any staff by email.
Our work continues, and so does the need for your generosity in giving. Please mail in your offering, or contact Myrt -email@example.com or learn the instructions on how to set up electronic giving.
Al Jenkins has built a great resource box which is located right outside of the front door of the building. Inside you will find printed worship bulletins, some devotional material, some bibles, and other information that we hope will be of help. Please, help yourself!
(Make sure you wash your hands!)
SEEKING FACE MASKS
"At some point we will be coming together again for worship in the building. So I am asking for a little help. If any of you have the time and the skill could you sew some masks for those worshipers who may not have one. We are not supplying everyone, we don't need hundreds, just some. Please, if you would, sew them it would be greatly appreciated. I thank you for your energy and time."
Masks can be dropped off any time, in the Church Resource Box, or left in a bag near the North Entrance. Thank you!

SAVE THE DATE!!
2021 ELCA Youth Gathering
"Boundless - God Beyond Measure"
June 29 - July 3
(open to current grades 7 - 11)
Every 3 years, 30,000 high school youth and their adult leaders
from across the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America gather for a
week of faith formation known as the ELCA Youth Gathering. Through
days spent in interactive learning, worship, Bible study, service, and
fellowship, young people grow in faith and are challenged and inspired
to live their faith in their daily lives. We hope you will consider joining
us for this experience of a lifetime! More details will be coming as we
plan for an informational meeting in the near future.

FCA CAMP CANCELLED
My heart hurts with sadness & disappointment to let you know that it was decided at the national level that due to COVID-19, all FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) Sports Camp through June are cancelled, & our camp at Luther College is one of them. Refunds will be issued for those of you who have already registered, & the camp director will start working on that next week. Please reach out to me with any questions you may have. I will also be in touch with all of you to come up with ideas on how to keep our ministry of FCA going this summer. Please keep praying that we will stand strong together living in faith over fear! God is good all the time. All the time God is good.
The Sugar Creek staff are working very hard coming up with plans in hopes of having some type of summer programming. We don’t know what that will look like yet, but we appreciate your patience and understanding during these troubling times of uncertainty. Michelle will keep you updated with any new information. We ask for your continued prayers for this AMAZING camp as we partner together with them in this ministry as the body of Christ.
