We are still looking for a 5th grade teacher to share weekends. Please prayerfully consider helping out with this opportunity at Trinity.
Also, it’s never too late to enroll your children in Sunday School. click the link: https://rb.gy/5bmfrv

It has been humbling to witness the outpouring of support to our Afghan neighbors who are at Ft. McCoy with both monetary and other donations. Because of your generosity and the generosity of many other persons, outright donations are no longer being accepted at the Sparta Armory or Salvation Army in La Crosse. The Salvation Army still accepts donations on a general basis, but not specifically for Afghan needs at Ft. McCoy. Because of this, we will no longer be accepting items at Trinity.
However, there are still ways to assist in resettlement efforts. You can visit the websites of Lutheran Immigration Refugee Services (LIRS), Lutheran Social Services (LSS), or the La Crosse Area Synod Office to explore further opportunities. Also, checks can be made out to Trinity with Afghan Resettlement on the memo line and it will be forwarded to LSS.
Thank you to everyone who responded to this need. Glory be to God!
