Hi. I am Christin Gasner. I am so thankful to be able to serve at Trinity Lutheran Church as the Ministry Coordinator and Digital Communications Director.
​
I am married (since 2005) to Tony Gasner. We have 3 children together: Gladden (14), Guthrie (11), and Greta (9). We have been members of Trinity since about 2010.
​
I am from Oronoco, Minnesota, a small town of about 700 people, just north of Rochester. My family managed the County Park and campground on the lake there. My father is a teacher, a wise and loving man. He has changed (maybe even saved) the lives of hundreds of at risk youth through his teaching. My mother is a free spirited writer, and a caring and wholesome mom. I have one sister, and one brother, both who live with their families in Fountain City, WI.
I graduated from Winona State University in 2005, with a degree in Psychology and certification in Mental Health Assistance. I have worked extensively providing support for people in mental health crisis. I currently work part time at the Boys & Girls Club of Sparta, where I have worked for 13 years. I am a Commercial and Family Photographer. Tony and I are also active as Cub Scout Leaders.

Our family lives on 7 acres on the Little La Crosse river. We enjoy kayaking, hiking, bird feeding, and all of God's good and beautiful creations outside. I enjoy gardening, and spend most of my non-winter time planning, planting, weeding, and harvesting :) We plant a lot of trees and flowers. We are striving to create a wholesome and simple world for our children here on our little plot of land. (Living in the Fruit of the Spirit) We also enjoy music and singing, art, movies and television, and playing games.

We love Sparta, and attend every community event we can...Farmer's Markets, concerts, holiday celebrations, parades, library events. We love going to the bakery and shopping downtown, and painting and finding Sparta Rocks. This small town is absolutely perfect. We love every detail put into the flowers, wreaths, murals, landscaping...etc....
I see the members of Trinity out there, doing so much for this community. I feel so blessed to be able to be a part of it, and with my role as Ministry Coordinator, I hope to help more people discover how they can share their gifts and go out as disciples into this beautiful town, and share Jesus' love with one another!
